We will hire an empire-builder that recruits, trains, motivates and retains sales teams. This individual will recruit a team of no fewer than 50 hungry sales reps. These sales reps will put on QUALITY accounts that stick. Customer retention is key to both sales team and company success so no cheap accounts wanted.
You must be a culture master to apply. You will hire no fewer than 3 managers proven in sales performance and leadership. Rove's sales culture consists of integrity, hard work, and commitment to team members and to Rove; everyone you hire will embrace these core principles.
Rove is a multi-state, multi-million dollar pest control company that will be adding 1,000s of more accounts in the Summer of 2025 for our experienced technicians to service. All of Rove's offices have excellent reviews and are proven D2D sales markets. Rove is Quality Pro certified and has been in the pest business for 20 years.
