Rove is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join its Massachusetts team. As a vital part of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer success strategies to drive sales growth within existing accounts.
Your primary responsibilities will include working with the marketing and sales team to develop customer success strategies, making recommendations to dispensaries and other retail partners, and successfully executing vendor days by promoting and educating customers about Rove's products.
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A valid driver's license and vehicle are necessary for traveling to customers on a daily basis.
