Your Accountabilities :
- Develop and implement Rover’s customer and audience segmentation strategy. Unlock Rover’s ability to target relevant communications to specific customer types across geographies, continually refining the strategy over time.
- Align audience segmentation with marketing investments in partnership with cross-functional teams (finance, analytics, and marketing channels).
- Test and implement a framework for appending 3rd party data (Experian, etc.), working with analytics and infrastructure teams to validate impact on conversion and owning the relationship with those vendors.
- Develop reporting for audience segments, establishing a framework and KPIs to measure performance towards penetrating each segment.
- Work closely with channel owners to establish performance metrics and targets by channel, providing recommendations by audience segment and owning results.
