This role will have the option to work remotely but candidates must reside near or in Orlando, FL.

Compensation

Base Salary : $40,000 plus commission
Expected On Target Earnings : $100,000

Compensation :

40,000 to start $100,000 OTE

Responsibilities :

Call and follow up with leads from Zillow and other platforms to schedule and conduct property showings

Effectively market rental properties to attract quality tenants

Close rental agreements and assist tenants through the leasing process

Ensure all lease files are accurate, complete, and compliant with company standards

Assist with tenant correspondence, move-in / move-out coordination, rent collection, and billing

Conduct property inspections, coordinate maintenance requests, and manage vendor relationships

Monitor lease expirations and renewals to maximize occupancy rates

Enforce lease terms, including managing delinquent accounts and initiating collections when necessary

Ensure all tenant and owner data is accurately entered and maintained in Buildium

Stay up to date with local, state, and federal real estate regulations to ensure leasing compliance

Assist with eviction processes as needed

Qualifications :

Must have an active real estate license or be willing to obtain one for commission eligibility

2-3 years of experience in leasing or property management is required

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software (Buildium, AppFolio, etc) a plus

Spanish-speaking ability is highly desirable

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel to properties
