Rogue River Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager of ROW’s Rogue river operation is a part of ROW’s leadership team with a primary responsibility of leadership and operational management for ROW’s trips on the Wild and Scenic section of the Rogue River in Oregon. Our three, four and sometimes five day trips are mostly lodge based trips running the river by day and staying overnight at the Rogue River’s historic lodges. ROW staff are a fun-loving, thoughtful and talented group of people with a tremendous passion for the natural world. As much as we love boating, we love sharing nature with our guests even more. Working for ROW can be hard work, full of long hours in often physically demanding situations. In addition, managing requires steady leadership in challenging situations of all kinds. Yet we find it immensely rewarding to enrich lives through safe and memorable outdoor adventures. To do so, ROW looks for members of its leadership team to be committed to excellence in hospitality and safety, provide meaningful interpretation to guests, support conservation efforts, desire to grow and learn, and seek to set the high water mark in their professional and personal lives. Does this sound like you? Then apply to join our team!
