About Us: Row House is a boutique fitness studio offering rowing-based group fitness classes to our members and guests. Role Overview: We’re looking for mature, energetic and motivated individuals to join our team. As a Membership Consultant, you’ll play a key role in our members' journey, helping them feel at home in the studio and excited to achieve their fitness goals. You’ll work closely with new and existing members, providing personalized attention and driving membership sales to help build a vibrant, engaged community.

This is the perfect position for individuals who are passionate about fitness and want to develop a set of professional skills they can take with them in many future career settings such as: time management, customer service, selling techniques, written and verbal communication skills, and professional judgement. Whether you are a new high-school graduate or a stay-at-home mom, this promises to be a rewarding position.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, prioritizing each member's unique needs and fostering a welcoming environment from the moment they walk through the door.
• Conduct studio tours, answer inquiries, and provide information about Row House classes, membership options, and studio events.
• Execute outreach activities to attract new clients and drive membership sales, including follow-up calls, texts, and emails.
• Work as part of a team to meet and exceed sales targets by promoting membership packages, class packs, and studio merchandise.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and ensure all equipment is ready and available for classes.
• Support community events and assist in promoting challenges, special classes, and in-studio campaigns.

Requirements:

• Passion for fitness and a commitment to living an active, healthy lifestyle.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build relationships and make people feel welcome.
• Strong sales acumen, with the ability to effectively communicate membership options and value propositions to clients.
• Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service, especially within the fitness industry, is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays as needed.
