What We Require:
- Stellar sales, communication, and customer service skills.

- Eagerness to master our Club Ready software system for efficient management.
- Adaptability to both standing and sitting throughout the workday.
- Fluency in English with outstanding communication skills across all platforms (in-person, phone, and email).
- The ability to work effectively under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and juggle multiple tasks.
- Proficient computer skills for seamless operations.
- Openness to daily and/or occasional travel as part of the role.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager by navigating the entire sales process from lead generation to the close, making every interaction count.
- Schedule and confirm intro classes, providing a warm welcome and a solid first impression of what our studio offers.
- Take charge of the front desk, greeting, and checking in clients and prospects, making everyone feel valued from the moment they step in.
- Offer tours of our facilities, connecting personally with potential members to understand their needs and how we can fulfill them.
- Maintain a commendable level of personal sales production, contributing actively to the studio's success.
- Advocate for our studio as a premier fitness and wellness provider, sharing the benefits and services we offer with potential and existing members.
- Secure quality appointments to reach and surpass your monthly sales goals, following up with leads and those who missed their intro classes.
- Engage in community and special events to raise our studio's profile and attract new members.
- Uphold our studio's standards of cleanliness and organization, ensuring a welcoming environment for all.
