We're seeking an experienced, hands-on E-commerce Manager to own and drive performance across these platforms, ensuring best-in-class execution and sales growth.
This is a critical role focused on launching, managing, and scaling our online marketplace stores. You’ll be responsible for setting up storefronts, optimizing product listings, managing performance advertising, and overseeing all operational aspects of our accounts. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and fully accountable for hitting revenue and performance targets.
- Launch and manage storefronts across Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and optimize product listings with compelling copy, backend keywords, and high-conversion visuals.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in product content, pricing, and availability.
- Develop and execute paid advertising strategies (e.g., Amazon PPC, Walmart Sponsored Ads) to drive high-ROI traffic.
- Plan and run promotions, lightning deals, and coupon campaigns.
- Monitor ad performance and make real-time adjustments to maximize ROAS.
- Own email marketing strategy and execution via Klaviyo.
- Build automated flows (e.g., welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase) and campaign blasts.
- Segment audiences and personalize content to improve engagement, open rates, and conversions.
- Use A/B testing to improve performance and customer retention.
- Manage inventory levels, coordinate with the logistics team, and ensure fulfillment accuracy.
- Monitor account health metrics and address any performance or compliance issues proactively.
- Drive strategies to increase conversion rate (CVR), average order value (AOV), and customer satisfaction.
- Track key performance metrics and sales trends across all platforms.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and optimization plans.
- Translate customer behavior and marketplace analytics into revenue-driving strategies.
- Work closely with marketing, creative, and operations teams to align brand messaging and campaigns.
- Participate in product launch planning and go-to-market execution.
- Experience: 4–5 years of experience managing major online marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, etc.), ideally in consumer products/appliances.
- Technical Skills: Strong command of Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, and analytics tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataHawk).
- Advertising: Hands-on experience running successful Amazon Ads and other PPC campaigns with measurable results.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficient in data analysis, performance tracking, and conversion optimization.
- Klaviyo Expertise: Comfortable setting up flows, managing segments, running campaign reports, and improving email performance.
- Self-Starter: Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
