Under supervision of Lead Groundskeeper, employees are expected to perform duties necessary to maintain grounds and hard surface infrastructure in a manner acceptable to the college.

OVERALL PURPOSE AND RESPONSIBILITY
Required
The primary and most important overall responsibility of all employees is to provide service in a pleasant, helpful, and effective manner to our students and other members of the College community.Education Required:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience Required
2 years landscaping or grounds maintenance.
Skills/Abilities /Knowledge /Other Requirements
Knowledge in the use and maintenance of manual and power outdoor equipment including but not limited to zero turn mowers, push mowers, chipper/shredders, snow blowers, chain saws, hedge trimmers, tree pruners; operate vehicles such as pickup truck with plow, skid steer with accessories, front end loader. Â Â Â INSTITUTIONAL EFFECTIVENESS:
Collaborates with department members and/or the Compliance, Assessment and Research team to support planning, assessment, data collection and reporting for continuous improvement of the college.
