The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nursing faculty member to join our team at Rowan College of South Jersey. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching medical surgical clinical courses in the Associate Degree Nursing program and coordinating the Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) program.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Teaching medical surgical clinical courses to students in various clinical settings.
- Coordination of the CCMA program, including instruction, lab, clinical, and national testing competencies.
- Development and implementation of curriculum for the CCMA program.
- Evaluation of student learning outcomes and recommendations for program improvement.
- Collaboration with clinical site leadership to ensure appropriate sites, student assignment, assessment, and program requirements are met.
