Role Summary
Rowan Digital Infrastructure is looking for a Finance Analyst to support all activities related to the full life cycle of data center development. These activities include supporting business case modeling, commercial negotiations, driving growth through acquisitions, supporting C-suite and investors in the decision-making process, and project financing to support construction and operations of projects.
Travel : Ability to travel up to 20% for company gatherings
Location : Denver, CO (hybrid in-office role)
Compensation : $85K – $105K

Essential Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and improve advanced financial models
Craft crisp conclusions from analysis and communicate effectively to team leaders, customers, and investors
Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for senior management and prospective investors
Budget, forecast and analyze project spend
Collaborate across the company to generate ideas, analyses, and research in support of new business opportunities
Continually build Rowan’s knowledge base and capabilities within the industry by monitoring customers, industries, and regulators for news that may impact portfolio and business needs
Routine communication with private equity investors
Required Education, Skills, and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
1-5 years of relevant experience demonstrating a track record of distinction and leadership among your peers
Mastery of MS Office
Exposure to real estate investments
Experience building financial models
Experience communicating the outputs of quantitative analysis in a crisp, cogent manner to drive decisions
