Role Summary
Rowan Digital Infrastructure is looking for an IT Specialist to help maintain company operations through IT support and development. The successful candidate will have strong technical, time-management, and communication skills.
Location : Denver, CO
Compensation : Hourly Rate $40-$50
Essential Responsibilities
User Support : Provide technical support and guidance to users, serving as the first point of contact for IT-related issues
Install and Configure Systems : Set up and configure computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners
Monitor Systems : Continuously monitor system performance and security
Account Management : Manage user accounts, permissions, and network security
Documentation : Maintain records of issues and resolutions to aid in future troubleshooting
Asset Management : Ensure accurate inventory of IT software, devices, licenses, and passwords
Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues : Diagnose and repair hardware, software, and network issues
Office Hardware : Set up and maintain office equipment
System Maintenance : Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure systems operate smoothly and securely
Training : Educate users on new technologies and best practices for IT security
Education, Skills, and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field
5 years of experience in Information Technology or related field
Experience with new device setup and software license management
Software experience needed : Microsoft O365 and Admin Center, SharePoint Administration
Communication and collaboration skills, Strong organizational skills, Comfort with ambiguity, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional environment
