Job Title: Cabinet Technician and Assembly

Rowan Pepper is a fast-growing cabinet company specializing in delivering high-quality cabinetry for residential and commercial clients. We take pride in our craftsmanship, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service.
We are looking for a detail-oriented cabinet tech to assemble and deliver cabinets, as well as help with install, trim, and touch up work in the field.

Experience working with paint and stain is a definite plus. But most importantly, a desire to learn and grow and be a part of a fantastic group of people is a must.
Duties:
- Work with a team and on your own to assemble various sizes of cabinets
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Load cabinets into delivery trailer, drive to various job sites and unload cabinets at assigned location
- - Install trim moulding and any other miscellaneous items needed
- Paint and stain touch ups
- seek out and recommend good/better ideas to improve our companyRequirements:
-Must be comfortable working with hand tools
-Attention to detail is a must
-Understanding of cabinets; box construction, design, installation, etc
-Ability to multitask
- Ability to lift heavy cabinets
- Valid driver's license
-Experience driving a truck and trailer is preferred
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to evolving project requirements.
