Job Summary
This individual will be responsible for the full operational and financial performance for the Colorado branch of RowCal, which is based in both Denver and Colorado Springs, tasked with achieving business objectives and driving growth. A Branch President will deliver exceptional customer service, maintain high client and staff retention rates, and deliver robust organic growth via ancillary revenue initiatives.
Role and Responsibilities
- Revenue Growth through Ancillary Services: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth through construction, maintenance, and home service projects for HOA associations. Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and improve profitability.
- Strategic Leadership: Establish and implement branch strategies aligned with RowCal's mission, focusing on leveraging construction and maintenance services to meet revenue and client satisfaction goals.
- Business Development: Build relationships with HOA boards and property stakeholders to promote construction and maintenance projects, generating sustained demand and value.
- Talent Management: Lead recruitment, training, and performance management for branch team across all functions. Foster a results-driven culture that values innovation and client satisfaction.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure seamless project execution by guiding teams on compliance, safety standards, and timely delivery of services. Resolve operational challenges and uphold service excellence.
- Market Insights: Analyze market trends across management, construction and maintenance sectors, track competitor activities, and gather client feedback to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Client Retention and Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with HOA clients by delivering exceptional service across management and ancillary services. Address client concerns proactively and ensure satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Oversee branch budgets for management, construction and maintenance projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation, cost control, and achievement of profitability targets.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and RowCal policies.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as required to achieve branch objectives and uphold RowCal's standards.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 15 years of leadership experience in the property management or trades-related industry, with a proven track record of achieving business objectives, driving revenue growth, and leading teams in construction, maintenance, and home services. Strong knowledge of property management software and tools is preferred. Experience in Colorado is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, construction management, or a related field.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement revenue-generating strategies in home services or trades.
- Analytical Skills: Strong capability to assess market trends, evaluate project profitability, and synthesize data into actionable strategies.
- Client Engagement: Exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage executive-level relationships and foster collaboration among teams.
- Project Management Expertise: Ability to manage multiple construction and maintenance initiatives, prioritize effectively, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to pivot strategies based on changing market conditions and client needs.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work on a computer and stare at a monitor screen for long periods of time.
- Ability to drive to and from a several locations on occasions.
