Job Summary
The Maintenance Coordinator assigns work orders and coordinates the work of the maintenance staff.
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversees all incoming maintenance requests through the CRM system and assigns work orders to the maintenance team.
- Ensures repairs and maintenance are completed in accordance with internal policies and service agreements.
- Answer telephone calls and route to the appropriate team member.
- Provides reports on project status, budget, and supplies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Two years of experience in an administrative role.
- Ability to establish and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge in the construction industry is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or other client relationship management software preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to withstand prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
