Schedule: M-F 9a - 5p - varies for evening board meetings and events. This role is Hybrid with 4 days per week at the branch and 1 remote day (optional) per week

Job Summary
The Director of Community Management is responsible for leading and supervising a team of Community Association Managers, to promote employee and client satisfaction and retention, and to deliver local market growth. The Director is responsible for knowledge of accounts in the assigned portfolio and implementing and executing a communication program to reach clients on a consistent basis.
Role and Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train new Community Management staff.
- Oversee the daily workflow of the department.
- Handle discipline and terminations in accordance with company policy.
- Provide support and guidance to Community Management staff and handle complex questions and situations.
- Perform regular check-ins and annual performance reviews for team to ensure employee retention and success.
- Ensure the team adheres to company programs and directives. Promote and lead a positive culture, creating an exciting and collaborative work environment.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships and communicate successfully with both internal and external parties.
- Develop and execute networking events such as hosting periodic educational events and/or seminars for RowCal clients and board members.
- Directly responsible for client satisfaction including support via meeting attendance, ensuring execution of action plans, and transition managers as necessary.
- Regularly maintain a client and manager temperature measurement and follow up with action steps, as necessary.
- Provide support in efforts to increase revenue and services of RowCal Construction & Maintenance projects.
- Responsible for timely reporting on client portfolio and division metrics
- Responsible for the management team's execution of all contracted deliverables to clients.
- Cooperate with all the local metropolitan area director(s) to successfully manage the current large-scale market of the state.
- Takes the lead on the local networking and building market awareness of the RowCal brand.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements/Skills
- Five or more years of experience in property management preferred.
- Three years of management experience preferred.
- Associate's/Bachelor's degree preferred.
- CMCA Preferred
- Maintain high level of customer service interacting with internal/external clients.
- Ability to establish and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AppFolio, CINC, WebAxis, Xactimate, Microsoft Dynamics CRM or other client relationship management software preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to drive to and from several locations on occasion.
