Role and Responsibilities
The On-Site Community Association Manager is responsible for the overall management and oversight of a dedicated community. Maintains relationships between the association boards and RowCal’s support teams and third-party ancillary service providers.
- Review, coordinate, and respond to homeowner Architectural Control Committee (ACC) requests, and resolve all homeowner escalations.
- Oversee covenant enforcement, issue violations, and manage all action items for associations.
- Update and maintain the management plan with service dates, board meetings, site inspections, vendor meetings, maintenance calendars, community events, etc.
- Draft and send all association communications including statutory notices, newsletters in coordination with the Board/committee, emergency notifications, email and text blasts, etc.
- Prepare Board Meeting packets and attend meetings with the Board of Directors, ACC, and all internal management or company meetings.
- Monitor vendor and owner delinquency rates and collections process for the community.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Two years of property management, Homeowners Association (HOA) management, and portfolio management experience and one year of vendor management experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to establish and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AppFolio, CINC, WebAxis, Xactimate, Microsoft Dynamics CRM or other client relationship management software preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to drive to and from several locations on occasion.
- Ability to withstand prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and bend for prolonged periods.
- Must be able to carry and climb ladders and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
