Rowe Ford is looking for an experienced Internet Sales Consultant to join our growing team and help drive internet appointments to the store. In this key role, you'll be responsible for responding to internet inquiries via video, email, phone, and text/chat.

Responsibilities
-
Respond to customers with price quotes and lease payments.

Manage internet leads from the initial response to the delivery.

Sell and deliver new and pre-owned vehicles.

Complete extensive training: manufacture training, Training on different lead sources, Dealership processes, digital retailing.

Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options.

Test drive vehicles to demonstrate automotive features.

Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, and other administrative functions.

Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.

Maintain factory customer satisfaction standards (CSI)
Qualifications

Automotive sales background preferred

Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills

Self-motivated, goal oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment

Strong written and communication skills

Valid driver's license required and clean driving record

Ability to pass a background check
