Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced 3rd Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for closing the store and ensuring all operations are running smoothly during evening hours. This position is hourly and will require strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Close the store at the end of the day, ensuring all tasks are completed and the store is secure
- Supervise and support the evening staff, providing guidance and assistance as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with various tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous retail experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions on the spot
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to work evening hours and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
