Sales and Service Associate

Overview

Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of current market trends and product offerings to effectively assist customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Provide support in merchandising and maintaining an organized sales floor.
• Assist in training new staff on customer service protocols and sales techniques.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales or a dealership environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with retail math concepts for accurate transaction processing and inventory management.
• Experience with POS systems is highly desirable; multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
• A proactive attitude towards learning new products, services, and sales strategies.
