Expanding law firm in Rockville, Maryland is seeking a Litigation Attorney to become a part of our team!Our firm has over 25 years of experience and we are seeking an aggressive trial attorney with a minimum of three years experience in all aspects of civil litigation in our Virginia and Maryland offices. Applicants MUST have 2 years of experience in plaintiffs personal injury and/or a background in insurance defense.
The successful candidate must be competent to immediately undertake responsibilities for case intake, evaluation, discovery, deposition, and trial. As a successful candidate, you must be capable of handling a large case volume and be able to interact effectively with clients.
-2 years of litigation experience (preferably in Personal Injury and/or Criminal Defense)
-Familiarity with drafting Motions/Pleadings and excellent research/writing skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsMust
- Spanish or Korean Speaking a plus
- Must be a member of the Bar in MD and/or DC and/or VA
Compensation commensurate with experience.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
