BECOMING OUR PEST CONTROL INSIDE SALES REP
As our Pest Control Inside Sales Rep, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. Your responsibilities will include:
- Converting pre-qualified leads into new customers and nurturing existing client relationships
- Engaging customers in meaningful conversations to identify their needs and promote our pest control services
- Achieving sales targets and performance metrics to drive revenue growth
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate records of sales interactions

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Inside sales experience
- Ability to type at a minimum of 40 words per minute
- Ability to calculate basic math
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
Being bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not required!
