About the Job: We are seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to assist in providing educationally related speech therapy services to students with speech-language disorders. The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology Assistance, a minimum of 100 hours of SLPA fieldwork experience, and current registration as a Speech-Pathology Language Assistant with the California Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology & Hearing Aid Dispenser Board.

Working Conditions: This position requires working primarily inside a classroom environment, in direct contact with students, district staff, and the public, with general guidance from a supervisor, with exposure to minor contagious illnesses, with high volume of work and frequent interruptions, with changing priorities and short deadlines, and driving an automobile to conduct work.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation on student progress
Requirements:
- Associate degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology Assistance from an accredited college or Board-approved SLPA program
- Minimum of 100 hours of SLPA fieldwork experience
- Current registration as a Speech-Pathology Language Assistant with the California Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology & Hearing Aid Dispenser Board
