Insurance Agent

We are seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Producing Agent to join our team! You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new clients.

Job includes paid time off, paid health insurance, matching retirement plan, commissions and bonuses.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell insurance policies to new clients
• Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
• Resolve client inquiries and questions
• Present alternate quotes based on client budgets
• Expand business reach through networking techniques
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations
• Track and identify areas of improvement

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in insurance sales
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Insurance licensing needed
• Insurance agency management system knowledge a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
