Rowley's Red Barn is a family owned and operated retail outlet offering a selection of farm fresh produce home made pastries and Ice cream all set in a fun friendly environment. Ideal candidates will have open availability a working knowledge of retail merchandising and operations. This is a Closing shift position. Must be available weeknights and Saturdays. Closed on Sundays.

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shift
- Ensure smooth and efficient workflow during the shift
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues
- Assist with cash handling and register operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety regulations
- Retail math knowledge for sales tracking and reporting purposes
- Ability to handle bussing duties during busy periods
- Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 30 per week
