This position provides administrative and clinical supervision to all staff throughout the hospital on the assigned shift.

Roxbury is currently accepting applications for an RN House Supervisor to work the overnight shift.
The shift is 6:30 pm - 7:00 am with everyother weekend and holiday rotation.
This position provides administrative and clinical supervision to all staff throughout the hospital on the assigned shift.
The RN House Supervisor is a liaison to department directors and administration to insure coordinated and efficient operations of services and departments.
Primary responsibilities include: providing administrative management, prioritization and delegation of duties for all facility staff; participation in shift coverage as needed and deemed necessary as part of the nursing administrative team; staff and program scheduling; and performing direct patient care services.
This individual will work in cooperation with hospital leadership, physician staff, and other department managers.

Qualifications:
Experience:
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program, with an active Pennsylvania, registered nurse license.
- Prefer 2 years of clinical experience with a psychiatric mental health and co-occurring population
- Previous clinical supervisory role in a psychiatric or co-occurring setting preferred.
