What You Will Do :
As the Order Fulfillment Coordinator, you will act as the key contact person for the customer. You will be responsible for the effective administration of the operational sales order process ensuring the distribution of goods, cost, and time meets or exceeds customer expectations.
What You Will Accomplish :
- Collect all relevant technical information required to process orders (manually or electronically) – ensuring and verifying agreed conditions.
- Confirms orders with customers to provide delivery time.
- Acts as a liaison with the customer to address any order issues, timely approval of proposals, backorders, etc.
- Monitors and manages transport for products and develops action plans for any issues.
- Acts as Roxell Ambassador to develop lasting and trusted relationships with customers.

Core Hours : 7 : 30am-4 : 00pm
Typical Work Week : Typically, Monday through Friday

Work Conditions : Primarily an office / manufacturing environment; Will make occasional visits to farms / poultry houses
Travel : 10% or less
