Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications that are both visually appealing and highly functional.
- Create and execute graphic design elements for various marketing materials, including brochures, banners, social media posts, and email templates.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas and concepts.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve design solutions.
- Ensure consistency in design across all digital touchpoints, adhering to branding guidelines and design principles.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity for the company across all platforms.
- Work on the visual design of interactive elements, animations, and transitions to enhance user experience.
- Create visual assets for digital and print campaigns, including infographics, icons, and imagery.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer and Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and user-centric solutions.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
