This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent who hire their own employees and not employees of State Farm Insurance Company. Employees of this agency must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, assess customer needs, and promote appropriate products and services.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Work new and old sales leads.
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
- Maintain a strong work ethic everyday
- Hard working and Coachable
- Work with the agent to establish and meet goals
- Have a great attitude
- Be adaptable to different skill sets.
- Works in a team environment
- Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Experience managing client relationships is preferred
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Dedicated to customer service
- Able to anticipate customer needs
- Able to effectively relate to a customer
- Detail oriented
- Proactive problem solving
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
- Associate’s degree or higher preferred

- Salary plus commission/bonus
- Expect 40-65k year 1
