Business Management Trainee Responsibilities:
- Consult with customers to understand their telecommunications needs and offer suitable solutions
- Actively pursue new sales opportunities and maintain a pipeline of potential clients
- Develop and maintain customer relationships, focusing on long-term telecommunications solutions
- Collaborate with internal sales and customer service teams to enhance the customer experience and ensure seamless implementation of telecommunications program
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations that highlight offerings to potential customers
- Track customer interactions, gather feedback, and share insights to optimize sales strategies
- Stay informed about industry trends and advances in telecommunications to provide customers with the best options
- Previous experience in a customer service and/or sales is a plus, but not required as we do provide full training for our Business Management Trainee team members
- Interest in telecommunications and sales, with a client-focused approach is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize client interactions for maximum potential
