Job Summary:
Full-time SIC pilot position with a well-established company offering career and advancement opportunities with a family atmosphere. Prior operation of a King Air 350 is preferred.
**** Please note, this aircraft will be based in Panama City, FL and relocation is required.****
On weekdays, the pilot will fly on average two trips per week. Must be prepared for occasional weekend trips and overnight stays. You will be flying in a professional but friendly crew environment, and all normal operations are dual pilot.
Incumbents are expected to have excellent attendance and communication skills, possess the ability to build lasting business relationships, and exhibit professionalism.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reports to the Pilot-In-Command on all flights
- Performs all duties and any specific duties assigned
- Maintains a high degree of crew coordination, performing duties in a professional, efficient and cordial manner
- Responsible to the Chief Pilot for duty assignments and training
- Greets the passengers and assists with passenger seating and luggage storage
- Conducts passenger briefings
- Assists with emergency evacuations
- Adhere to the duties and responsibilities outlined in the crew flight manual and flight deck handbook
- Maintains a current medical certificate as required by the company and notifies their Chief Pilot if a medical (physical or mental) condition may impair their ability to perform the flight
- Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):
- Working knowledge of all Federal Aviation Regulations applicable to FAR Part 91 and Subpart K
- Thorough knowledge of FAA, ICAO & other international flight operations regulations
- Strong organizational skills and advanced multi-tasking abilities
- Strong interpersonal, verbal/written and presentation skills are necessary to perform the job at the expected level
- Computer skills necessary to operate email and web-based applications
- Must possess passionate attention to detail and the ability to work in a team atmosphere
- Ability to work weekends, nights, and overnight trips
- Present a well-groomed appearance
Education and Experience:
A successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
- At least 1,000 hours total time minimum
- 500 hours Pilot in Command time
- 200 hours multi-engine land time
- Previous experience preferred with King Air 350 or other corporate aircraft
- Valid Passport
- Applicants must possess the legal right to work in the United States and have the ability to travel in and out of the US and to all cities/countries as required
Physical Demands:
- 2nd Class Medical
- Must be able to lift 50lbs unassisted
- Must be able to effectively communicate in e-mail, by phone, or in person during the course of the workday
Qualifications
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
