JOB DESCRIPTION
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)
Reports To:
- Customer Service Supervisor
Job Overview:
- The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling all customer (seller and buyer) transactions daily. The CSR answers phone calls, emails and in person questions and enters all information into the clerking software. A successful CSR is personable, hardworking, customer oriented as well as company minded. The CSR role is first to the customer and therefore critical to the success of Royal Auction Group.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Handling customer interactions
- Entering information into clerking software
- Answering phone calls and sales emails
- Collecting deposits before the sale and payments after the sale (wire, CC, cash)
- Register customers, (seller and buyer) for all auctions
- Must be able to work Saturday Auction Days, 6 per year
- Complete outbound phone calls for sales, collections, and customer issues.
- Reconcile cash drawer
- Any other duty deemed necessary by management.
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and passion to learn
- High School or GED equivalent; College Diploma Preferred
- Notary Preferred
- Computer Skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Lean Management & Relationship building skills a must.
- Ability to walk in a non-paved environment and lift up to 20lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
