Director, Employee Relations - Wealth Management

Oversees the design, implementation and administration of employee relations programs, policies, and procedures. Manages activities through senior managers and managers and implements corporate and divisional strategic plans and budgets.

• Maintaining good communication and a positive relationship with employees to promote employee satisfaction.
• Directing the operation of employee relations programs and functions in the organization; ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Helping counsel employees on issues related to EEO, ADA, performance, and termination.
• Monitoring legislative updates and changes to case laws to ensure organizational compliance and to assess any impacts on the organization's policies and practices.
