RBC’s Office of the US CIO is responsible for the oversight of all technology supporting the firm’s Combined US Operations (CUSO) / IHC (Intermediate Holding Company) . The CUSO includes Capital Markets, Wealth Management, City National Bank, RBC Bank (US), Global Asset Management, and Functions within the US.
The Director of Senior Stakeholder Management will be accountable for the oversight of all RBC US Technology Board-level and Regulatory reporting. The Director will serve as the primary point of contact for ensuring all Board-level and Regulatory reporting is completed in accordance with the timelines and requirements set and ensures consistent messaging across the RBC US Technology function. The role will act as a liaison between RBC US Technology, and the US Board and Regulatory committees to ensure seamless communication between the technology organization and their governing bodies and will be responsible for monitoring compliance to the requirements set.
What will you do?
- Serves as a central coordinator for all US Board-level and Regulatory reporting for the US Technology function within RBC.
- Ensures accurate and timely submission of all Board-level and Regulatory reporting across each RBC US Technology legal entity.
- Assists in developing and maintaining a comprehensive governance strategy for Board-level and Regulatory reporting across the RBC US Technology function, driving standardization and consistency in reporting.
- Works closely with stakeholders across each RBC US legal entity to ensure consistent messaging for US Technology updates for Board-level and Regulatory reporting.
- Provides review and challenge of all Board-level and Regulatory reporting to ensure it meets regulatory and internal requirements, standards, and ensures enterprise alignment.
- Takes initiative and assists in various enhancements / improvements to achieve consistent Board-level and Regulatory reporting that aligns with RBC enterprise standards and regulatory expectations.
- Acts as a liaison between Board and Regulatory committees and RBC US Technology leaders to ensure timely follow-up on action items and decisions.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provides guidance to teams involved in the reporting process to drive a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Wear many hats while contributing to CUSO / US Tech Office creation efforts and overall US governance.
- Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with Sponsors, Stakeholders, RBC business, risk, and enterprise partners.
- Facilitate discussions and meetings leading to collective decision-making, goal setting and conflict resolution.

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $160,000-$250,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
