What is the Opportunity?
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced FP&A Manager to lead our Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities to support strategic decision-making and ensure the financial health of the business. This person must be able to demonstrate a progressive career in a finance or related role and have experience mentoring & leading a team.
What will you do?
Oversee the preparation and presentation of comprehensive financial reports and analysis to senior management and stakeholders
Ensure accurate and timely month-end close deliverables for P&L and B / S including journal entries, preliminary estimates, and reporting
Support the development and implementation of the annual budget and long-term financial forecasts for business departments
Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering professional growth and development
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data, reports, and forecasts
Manage and monitor business specific allocations for the business
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to optimize financial performance
Drive strategic initiatives and provide financial insights to support business growth and operational efficiency
Collaborate with other departments to align financial planning with organizational goals
Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards

Strategic Vision : Ability to develop and implement financial strategies that align with organizational objectives
Advanced Analytical Skills : Expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling
Communication Skills : Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex financial information to senior management and stakeholders
Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving abilities to address financial challenges and drive strategic decisions
Project Management : Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA / CFA is preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and management
Demonstrated experience in leading financial teams and managing complex financial processes
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and modeling excellence
Nice to Have :
3 years in the wealth management, banking, or related industry
Experience with data reporting, Tableau, workflow tools, and financial systems such as PeopleSoft, Hyperion Essbase, and IBM Cognos TM1
