What is the opportunity?
The Portal Product Manager within RBC Capital Markets US Cash Management team will be responsible for product management, development efforts and working closely with cross-functional partners on delivering a best-in-class digital experience.
What will you do?
- Partners closely with other product groups such as strategy, design and go to market to drive forward product areas
- Defines and drives a vision for Cash Management products on the portal that meaningfully impacts client experience and business growth
- Acts as the voice of the user in product design, gathering direct feedback from customers on our future portal experience
- Effectively manages and communicate product vision, strategy, measurement / reporting, prioritization and backlog
- Leads Portal product development collaborating with an engineering scrum team
- Partners closely with cross-functional stakeholder teams; fraud, risk, compliance, sales, and GTM to effectively drive forward and support the digital experience.

The expected salary range for this particular position is $180,000-$200,000 , depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs. You have the potential to earn more through RBC’s discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
