Job Summary
Join our team as a Software Engineer in Test and play a key role in ensuring the quality of our banking and financial systems. You will collaborate with both IT and business lines to thoroughly test new and existing software, ensuring functional requirements are met while developing a deep understanding of our technologies and processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze requirements and design data flows that map intended system behavior.
- Develop and execute complex test cases throughout the application lifecycle, maximizing automation and coverage.
- Follow established quality engineering processes for test results storage, defect tracking, and verification.
- Collect and execute non-functional requirements to ensure comprehensive testing.
- Mentor junior staff, sharing knowledge and best practices in quality assurance.
- Utilize service virtualization tools to facilitate early testing on projects.
- Escalate quality issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
