Join our dynamic team where you'll play a crucial role in connecting IT and business needs. As a Senior Technical Application Specialist, you will assess, research, and analyze business and technical requirements to provide innovative solutions to complex issues. Your expertise will be essential in supporting and troubleshooting a suite of back office and vendor applications.
What Will You Do?
- Collaborate effectively with business partners and stakeholders from multiple IT teams.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of internal processes and enterprise requirements regarding implementation, compliance, audit, system interfaces, and application enhancements.
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical problems alongside end-users, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Coordinate and oversee administrative activities for application, compliance, governance, and regulatory initiatives.
- Work in tandem with development and QA teams to manage change requests and uphold production release best practices.
- Assist with business communications during major incidents, serving as the primary resource for Tech System postings for all WM-US needs.
- Conduct performance comparisons between production and lower environments, raising any concerns for resolution.
- Ensure applications are kept up to date through necessary activities including month-end runs, application change deployments, and problem incident management.
- Engage in change management activities such as source code management and preparing activity records for production implementations.

Salary Range : The expected salary range for this role is $65-115K, influenced by your experience, skills, market conditions, and business needs. This does not include discretionary bonuses and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching, health benefits, and paid time off.
