This position will primarily focus on applications within RBC Wealth Management.
What You'll Do :
- Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders across multiple IT teams.
- Manage compliance and regulatory responsibilities for both vendor and internal applications.
- Enforce cybersecurity protocols and user access controls.
- Perform vendor vetting processes to ensure adherence to regulatory compliance standards.
- Gain proficiency in applications and their integration with RBC systems.
- Conduct administrative activities related to compliance, governance, and regulations.
- Update process documents and manage SharePoint and Confluence sites.
- Communicate application updates to business users and service desks effectively.
- Participate in conversion initiatives, including migrations from Endevor-to-DevOps.
- Support local and enterprise projects by executing assigned tasks.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Assist in resolving production issues as they arise.
- Utilize standardized processes and tools to enhance productivity.
