What is the opportunity?
As the Fixed Income Sales, you will be responsible for developing and growing RBC’s coverage and sales of the Global Markets product suite, with a strong focus on Korean Based Clients. You will partner with Global Markets team to maximize client servicing across the region, improving coverage efficiency and growth capacity. You will also link up with local and global Trading partners in Rates and Credit space to improve connectivity and information flow.
What will you do?
- Define the Cross asset sales strategy for the Korea franchise and achieve the collective team and individual sales targets.
- Development of both new and existing client relationships in Korea; with responsibility across Banks, non-Bank Financial Institutions.
- Development of new product covering and cross selling / referrals within the Bank and across product partners.
- Act as global relationship manager for key Korea accounts to ensure the formulation and execution of a sound client relationship strategy including their overseas branches.
- Expand product coverage to explore new business opportunities i.e. Equity derivatives and to deepen the relationship with existing Korean clients.
- Liaise with other product partners and departments to maximize business opportunities for RBC.
