Format : In Person Monday - Thursday and remote on Fridays

Team Overview :
Handles all operations for the fleet for food and beverage
Internship Overview :
Interns will learn first, then support ad hoc analytics for either : competitive analysis, product review, forecasting, costing (food or beverage), small-scale projects with operations excellence in mind, etc.
- Work with beverage, restaurant, and culinary teams on special projects
- Survey and analyze guest feedback then report to appropriate teams
- Support POS team with price updates and menu changes
- Update the food and beverage database with new information
- Conduct ad hoc reporting and analysis for the food and beverage department
- Assist with special projects as needed
