What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cash Desk Compliance and Support Manager - Traveling position at Royal Caribbean Group?
Qualifications and Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 3 year of experience as a shipboard Casino Cash Desk Manager
- Strong analytical/problem solving/issue investigation and leadership skills
- Intimate knowledge of Safety Quality Management system pertaining to a Casino Environment
- A self-motivated individual, able to work alone confidently with minimal assistance.
- Ability to sustain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with challenges/issues
- Able to manage a multicultural international staff in a positive and productive manner by motivating, developing and managing employees as they work. Ability to utilize and administer the disciplinary action process through coaching and counseling to improve performance or terminate employment.
- Intermediate knowledge of Galaxis, Aristocrat, Core Cashless, Intercard and Bravo Gaming Systems.
- Intermediate knowledge of all reporting system.
- Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel
- Some knowledge of system interoperability
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization
- Previous training experience preferred
- Ability to simultaneously manage several projects, with changing priorities and unforeseen obstacles to achieving objectives.
- Experience in new build and revitalization preferred
