Role Description
This is a shipboard position at Royal Caribbean Group. The Chef de Partie will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes, coordinating with the sous chef and head chef, and ensuring food standards and kitchen hygiene are maintained.
Qualifications
- Culinary skills including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Experience in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant culinary education or certifications
- Previous experience in a cruise line or hospitality industry is a plus
