EXEC OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

The EXECUTIVE OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR, ROYAL BEACH CLUB is responsible for delivering excellent service in the office administration and management. This role establishes and drives a positive working environment and focuses on exceeding Team Member, Visitor, and Contractor Satisfaction. This position supports the General Manager and Royal Beach Club President in all operational aspects to ensure the Royal Beach Club performance objectives, KPIs, Guest and Team Member satisfaction, and other key results areas consistently meet and exceed Company’s targets. EXECUTIVE OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR, ROYAL BEACH CLUB leads by example and requires exemplary organization in administration, attention to detail, excellent Team Member engagement, training, knowledge of the product and service standards.

All duties and responsibilities are performed following Royal Caribbean International’s Brand Standards, the Royal Way

philosophy, Company policies, and SOPs, Public Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental Guidelines.
