Summary
The Executive Recruiter will be reporting into the Director of Executive Search and will be a member of the Global Employee Acquisition team The ideal candidate will have experience leading the end-to-end recruitment of senior level executive searches They bring experience in sourcing screening and assessing candidates to determine fit for the role In addition they will build the internal and external relationships necessary to identify qualified candidates in a timely manner
Responsibilities
Drive the hiring process for assigned roles work closely with the hiring managers HRBPs and internal teams to determine competencies needed for each role manage the hiring process- identifying any roadblocks along the way
- Create and foster relationships with hiring managers and candidates to create a favorable experience throughout the search process Project manage the stages of the search process so as to always ensure the highest quality execution of client engagement Manage hands-on execution of executive searches and support existing senior executive searches across the company’s internal client base Working with HES to support
- build and maintain Royal Caribbean’s executive search presence throughout the portfolio Focus on executive search operations including but not limited to identification of external and internal talent building and maintaining Thrive assuring data integrity alignment with RCG overall recruitment requirements
- Coaching mentoring and managing performance delivery of Researcher assisting with research and recruitment strategy providing guidance on hard to fill roles and ensuring consistency of recruitment process
- supporting on the maintenance of data base (Thrive)
- Work with the Director of Executive Search and Leadership to implement processes that ensures exceptional candidate experience from recruitment to onboarding Partner with hiring teams to build an executive sourcing strategy to pipeline for active searches while building a system to maintain data on talent for future needs
- Deliver market research mappings for hard to fill or high demand executive roles
- Serve as a mentor to the other Recruiters or Researchers on the team as it relates to the executive search process
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HRBPs to provide a seamless and high touch executive search experience Performs other duties as required This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying this position

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree Experience in research
- recruitment life cycle and operations in a corporate recruitment team or in an Executive Search firm
- Minimum of 6 years relevant work experience to include experience with end-to-end recruiting
- Experience with delivering executive hiring results in a professional services environment
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with internal executives and executive candidates
- Experience with delivering results throughout the entire recruiting life cycle Experience with providing data integrity reporting requirements

- Proven track record of success in all aspects of recruiting Flexibility to operate effectively in a global construct
- Highly deadline-oriented
- with strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Computer competency with Microsoft Office products Energetic self-starter work ethic
