Position is onsite and based in Miami, FL
Position Summary
This is an opportunity to work in a highly collaborative environment to apply business acumen and financial modeling skills to positively impact RCG’s proven model of an efficient shared function team providing consistent benefits to RCG’s brands. The Lead, Finance will provide support to financial leaders of the Shared Services team, including RCG’s HR, Corporate Affairs, Corporate Communications, and ESG teams. The Lead, Finance will ask critical questions and translate business unit opportunities into clear financial models. This will influence good decision making and prioritization on capital investment and efficiency improvements across the shared functions. The Lead, Finance will work closely with the shared function finance leaders and the assigned team to aid in consolidating and reporting of actual results and for monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts, including trend analysis and risk identification and mitigation. The position is expected to display considerable initiative, critical thinking, and communication skills in performing financial activities such as planning and forecasting, analysis, project assessments, preliminary cost estimates, determination of capital vs. expense activities and governance.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide G&A forecast, actuals and variance on monthly, quarterly, annual basis for HR, Corporate Affairs, Corporate Communications, and ESG teams.
- Interface with operational teams and leadership to translate operational activities into timely and structured financial forecasts.
- Provide financial assistance to the business to deliver planned project scopes on time and on budget.
- Interact frequently with business area financial staff to ensure timely and accurate communication of changes to plans and forecasts.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis report findings on a timely manner, ensuring that risks and issues are reviewed and resolved in collaboration with internal and external constituents.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly Shared Services consolidated reports for Corporate Accounting, Corporate Planning and Capital Planning as required.
- Prepare and review ad-hoc analysis of capital projects, business areas performance, expenditures, and project scope, as required.
- Audit areas as variance, complexity and risk require or as directed by supervisor; escalate items that require additional diligence from RCG’s corporate staff

- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or in a technical field at a minimum or significant and recent direct experience in FP&A role.
- Significant experience modeling complex financial or operational systems.
- 5-7 years related experience.
- Experience operating in a dynamic business environment.
- Demonstrated ability to apply critical thought to complex problems
- Expert level experience in financial modeling with Microsoft Excel; proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
- Must have excellent interpersonal, organization, verbal & written communication skills.
- Must be detail oriented and able to apply critical thought to complex problems to identify optimal solutions.
- Must be able to work under tight timelines, prioritizing responsibilities as needed.
- Must work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with project plans, issue logs, risk/mitigation strategies is preferred.
- Proven ability to collaborate with peers and management; ability to work with all levels of the organization.
- Accepts accountability and manages execution.
- Must have ability to adapt to shifting priorities and align activities to meet organizational goals.
