This is an on-site role in Miami, Florida.
Position Summary :
The Lead, Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of the maintenance of the POM buildings. This includes the interior as well as the exterior maintenance of the building. This person must be knowledgeable in HVAC, Safety (Alarm), Electrical and Mechanical Systems.
Performs complex analytical work in providing office and building engineering support and field engineering support to ensuring technical competence and compliance with all current codes and criteria.

- The position is fundamental to the administrative and operational functions of the Company / Property and as such requires established organizational skills, with attention to detail and solid time management, and good interpersonal skills.
- As the key employee of the building operations interior and exterior, the Chief Engineer is essential to the longevity of all equipment and the aesthetic nature of the property. The Chief Engineer must perform the job duties with a view toward projecting a professional and competent image : Service to the customer in a friendly and outgoing manner is also essential, while timelines and maintaining a clean atmosphere are key.
- The position is fundamental to all mechanical functions of the community and includes working closely with the Facilities Manager, Lead Planner, Sr. Project Manager, Facilities Director, and their maintenance team to operate the buildings and facilitate solutions to all types of maintenance problems within the employee community. Strong leadership skills, customer service skills, technical skills, and problem-solving abilities are required.

The schedule of the position is full time (40 hours a week) and will require to be available for emergencies and occasional night and weekend work due to special projects. This an exempt (salaried) position.
Proposed hours : 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM (Monday thru Friday).
