The LeadDriveris responsible for delivering the Royal Way brand service standards while demonstrating exemplary problem resolution skills and safe transportation to our guests at all times. The team member actively listens and extends assistance in order to resolve all guest issues and concerns. A strong guest satisfaction disposition is mandatory, a people person, withgood social and communication skills.
