Royal Caribbean Group's Human Resources Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Senior Manager, Benefits Operations reporting to the Senior Director, Global Benefits .
Position Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Benefits Operations to join our team. This role primarily focuses on managing and optimizing our benefits operations, with a specific emphasis on overseeing a high volume of employee inquiries and establishing metrics to ensure timely responses and first-time resolutions. Additionally, this role includes managing our employee cruise benefits program, driving wellness program engagement, and utilizing a data-driven approach to manage results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational administration and a proven track record of improving employee experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Benefits Administration :
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and other related benefits. Responsible for the execution and management of $48M Benefit Spend.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to employee benefits.
- Implement new benefits programs and enhance existing programs.
