Hardware Support
• Experience supporting legacy and heterogeneous hardware (NetApp E-Series, Lenovo DE enclosures, Dell Powervault storage )
o Debugging hardware issues with disks and controllers on NetApp E5760, Lenovo DE6000 and Dell MD3460s
• Monitoring experience
o Setup and monitor alerts for hardware issues
• Create tickets with respective vendors and resolve issues - end to end
o SLA - less than 1 hour for responding to hardware issues (Mon-Fri 9-5)
o Less than 2 days to fix hardware issues
o Availability on weekends for Sev1 issues
